Our policy of not being undersold means you won't find a better value in real wood furniture. If an item you purchased from us is selling for less under similar conditions of sale at Pinewood or elsewhere, within 30 days of sale, we will, after verification, gladly refund you the difference.

Pinewood's Guaranteed Fine Quality
At Pinewood Furniture Shop, we warrant our furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one full year from date of purchase to the original customer. Bill of sale must be kept for proof of purchase and purchase date. We will, at our option repair or replace merchandise, unless it has been misused, abused, exposed to extremes in temperature or humidity, or not finished within 30 days of purchase, subject to terms and conditions of sale. Liability for consequential or commercial damages is expressly excluded by this warranty.

Pinewood's Terms and Conditions of Sale

Returns or cancellations must be made within 7 days of purchase or placing of order.
All sales are final on special order items, floor samples, and merchandise sold as is.
Layaways are for a maximum of 60 days, unless special arrangements are made.
Deposits on sales cancelled after 7 days are forfeited.
Obvious defects or damage to merchandise must be reported within 3 days.
Pinewood assumes no responsibility for customer's finishing.
All repairs to merchandise purchased at Pinewood (except warranty repairs) shall be charged at existing service rates.
Transportation of merchandise for returns, repairs, or exchanges shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pinewood assumes no responsibility for the loading and securing of furniture into the customer's vehicles.
Customers are able to provide clear accessibility for Pinewood's delivery service.
It is the customer's responsibility to measure all doorways, hallways, etc. for accessibility of goods on delivery.
Due to the nature of wood and wood variation, Pinewood does not guarantee an exact color match with Pinewood's custom finishing service.
Dimensions of furniture and accessibility to and in the home are the responsibility of the customer.
Measurement and fit of audio, video, and computer components are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to natural variations in real wood, Pinewood cannot guarantee grain uniformity throughout a piece.
